職位要求
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in customer service or finance is a plus.
- Experience Level: Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service is preferred.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency in cashiering and operating point of sale systems.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers.
- Strong hospitality skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Customer-oriented approach with an ability to handle complaints gracefully.
- Responsibilities and Duties:
- Handle cash, credit, or check transactions with customers.
- Issue change, receipts, refunds, or tickets.
- Redeem stamps and coupons.
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas.
- Working Conditions: This role may require working in shifts, including weekends and holidays. Physical demands include standing for extended periods.
