- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service and assistance.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions responsibly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Balance cash register at the end of shifts.
- Support team in achieving sales goals.
職位要求
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a cashier or billing role preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, proficiency in billing software, and excellent numerical skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment, standing for long periods, and potential evening/weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, reliability, and ability to work under pressure.
