- Greet customers in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Operate the cash register/POS system to process payments (cash, card, or digital).
- Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges as necessary.
- Handle cash responsibly and ensure daily reconciliation of sales.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the checkout area.
- Ensure price accuracy and report any discrepancies.
- Provide product information and assist with basic customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with sales staff and supervisors for smooth operations.
- Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of financial transactions.
