Welcome and assist customers at Old Chang Sheng Jian Bao with prompt, courteous service.
Operate cash registers, manage financial transactions, and balance drawers.
Ensure menu knowledge to accurately process food & beverage orders.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the checkout area.
Uphold company standards and comply with health regulations in the F&B industry.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no degree required.
