  • Moderate chat content to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in customer support or related field.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong content moderation skills and proficiency in computer usage.
  • Qualities and Traits: Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle multiple chat sessions effectively and professionally.
