職位描述
- Monitor and coordinate in refilling plants, stores and other locations through call, messages, CCTV and personal visits
- Monitor and coordinate activities of task force and other field personnel through call, messages, CCTV and personal visits
- Monitor other external or competitor activities
- Monitor GPS of plant delivery vehicles and general manager's service vehicle
- Create database on list of vehicles, person, addresses necessary in creation of reports.
- Compile evidences and create reports on findings submitted by field personnel and/or through personal monitoring
- File copy of reports and monitor submission, receiving copies and/or replies
- Coordinate with other departments for proper action of the findings (e.g Legal, Admin Marketing, operations and other department related to findings
- Coordinate with third party for consultants for details necessary or relevant to the monitoring and reports
- Submit reports and evidences to the management or authorities as required
- College graduate with any four-year degree.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office and computers.
- Good communication skills are required.
- Willing to work from Monday to Saturday.
- Must be amenable to working in Ortigas, Pasig City.
- Can start as soon as possible.
