- Prepare and cook diverse dishes in accordance with recipes.
- Manage kitchen staff and ensure food safety standards are upheld.
- Plan menus, select ingredients, and oversee food inventory.
- Collaborate with dining services to create seasonal offerings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
- Innovate and experiment with new culinary techniques.
- Prepare and cook menu items, maintain cleanliness, assist in kitchen operations, and collaborate with the team.
職位要求
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of practical kitchen experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in various cooking techniques, food safety standards, and ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment, evening, weekend, and holiday hours may be required.
- Qualities and Traits: Passion for cooking, creativity, attention to detail, strong work ethic, and good communication skills.
