- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes
- Manage kitchen operations and staff
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained
- Collaborate in menu planning and cost management
- Train and mentor kitchen personnel
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques
- Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a professional kitchen.
- Strong culinary skills, kitchen hygiene knowledge, excellent written and verbal communication skills, keen attention to detail, and food safety expertise.
- Prepare and cook meals, maintain kitchen cleanliness, manage inventory, and ensure food safety standards are met
- Fast-paced kitchen environment, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work under pressure, strong kitchen management skills, creativity, and teamwork orientation.
