- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Chemistry concepts, lesson planning, and behavior management; strong communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, assess student performance, and manage classroom behavior.
- Working Conditions: Classroom environment; may require after-school hours for tutoring or meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Passionate about teaching, patient, adaptable, and approachable.
