職位描述

  • Assess, evaluate, and analyze customer claims carefully to find amicable solutions for replacements, refunds, or collections; manage cancelled orders by offering alternative solutions.
  • Initiate contact with HP customers to follow up on ongoing or completed claims requests, providing status or resolution updates.
  • Handle customer calls transferred from CSRs for physical claims-related issues.
  • Coordinate with various teams such as DOA, CSR, Sales, Inventory Managers, and Logistics to ensure order fulfillment is within stipulated SLA; regularly update customers on their order status.
  • Track claims, publish aged claims and closure SLA weekly; report salvage order percentage along with revenue salvaged.
  • Report system issues by raising support tickets with corresponding teams and ensure follow-up for all pending system issues.
