Insurance Claims Adjuster for Motor

Location: Alabang

Work Set Up: Full time, Day Shift

Salary: ₱25,000 - ₱30,000

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for conducting motor claims vehicle inspection and preparing claims adjustment reports
• Provide technical advice to motorcar policyholders and claimants regarding claims and vehicle repair procedures
• Coordinate with repair shops and discuss/agree on the repair process (scope of works) as well as costing of parts and ensure repairs are based on the agreed repair rates
• Monitors development of repairs and ensures that the qualities of repairs were not compromised
• Required to operate within the framework of policies standard, objectives and budgets
• Inspection and evaluation of damaged vehicle
• Handling of client inquiries
• Monitoring/review the claims undergoing repairs to repair shops
• Handling of Total Loss Claims (pull-out)
• Recommending referral to Anti-fraud for possible fraud

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4 yrs bachelor’s degree
• Knowledgeable in vehicle repairs and experience in motor insurance industry is a plus
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS word and excel
• Detail-oriented
• Strong analytical and technical capabilities
• Work well with others
• Adaptive to change
