Position Overview
We are seeking a Claims Representative with solid hands-on experience in handling appliance-related claims. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and has a proven track record of managing claims successfully.
This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and familiarity with CRM systems to ensure claims are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle appliance-related claims from submission to resolution.
- Enter and manage claims data accurately in the CRM system (ServiceDesk by Rossware Computing).
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding claims.
- Investigate and resolve claims efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Provide timely reports and updates on claims status.
- Collaborate with team members to improve claims processes and client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven background in claims management, preferably in the appliance or consumer goods industry.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, specifically ServiceDesk by Rossware Computing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple claims efficiently.
