職位描述
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards
- Replace linens, towels, and amenities as needed
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping supervisor
- Restock cleaning supplies and maintain housekeeping carts
- Ensure guest privacy and security while performing duties
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- 1–3 years of experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred in a hotel setting
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Physically fit and able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
