About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Client Success Executive to join our growing team in Southeast Asia (SEA). In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business objectives, and developing strategic campaigns that drive measurable results. You will be the primary point of contact for your assigned clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our performance marketing solutions.

Metrics and Sales Focus:

This role emphasizes data-driven decision making and a keen focus on achieving sales metrics. You will be responsible for setting and exceeding KPIs for your client portfolio, contributing directly to the company's revenue growth. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a results-oriented environment and is driven to exceed expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding and Setup: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, configure their accounts, and ensure they understand our platform and services.
  • Campaign Management: Develop and execute high-performing performance marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., search, display, social, etc.) based on client goals and industry best practices.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make adjustments to maximize results and achieve KPIs.
  • Reporting and Communication: Regularly communicate campaign performance metrics and insights to clients, present actionable recommendations, and manage expectations.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and partners by providing exceptional service, proactively addressing their needs, and being a strategic advisor.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, contributing to team revenue goals.
  • Lead the charge in new business acquisition: Identify, research, and target high-potential publisher partners across diverse industries. Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for targeting new publishers in the Philippines and SEA.
  • Become a master prospector: Develop and implement data-driven strategies to find, engage, and qualify leads through various channels (cold calling, email outreach, networking events, conferences, etc.).
  • Negotiate like a pro: Craft compelling proposals and seal win-win partnerships, securing maximum value for both our company and potential affiliates.
  • Build lasting relationships: Nurture and manage Publisher partnerships, providing ongoing support and ensuring mutual success.
  • Think beyond leads: Identify and capitalize on additional revenue opportunities within existing publisher partnerships, including cross-promotions, co-branded programs, and strategic collaborations.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a client-facing role within the digital marketing or advertising industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding client expectations and achieving performance goals.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing channels (search, display, social, etc.) and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and manage client expectations effectively.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in performance analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in the SEA region.
  • Advance knowledge in using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
