As our new Cloud Technical Support Engineer you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance. You will manage incoming requests via phone, email, and support tools, providing timely and effective solutions. As the product expert for the M365 suite, you’ll guide users through its features and capabilities with expertise.
