We are seeking a detail-oriented Collection Officer to manage and recover overdue payments from customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships while ensuring timely collections.

Responsibilities:

Contact customers to collect overdue payments
Negotiate payment plans and resolve billing issues
Maintain accurate records of collections activities
Report on collection status and outstanding balances
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

Strong communication and negotiation skills
Previous experience in collections or customer service
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Knowledge of debt collection regulations
Strong attention to detail and organization
