We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Collection Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting clients to collect outstanding payments, negotiating payment arrangements, and maintaining accurate financial records. You will play a key role in ensuring timely payments while maintaining positive customer relationships.

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred)

Proven experience as a Collection Specialist or in a related role

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally and tactfully

Familiarity with debt collection laws and financial regulations

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and billing software

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
