HeyApril is looking for a Growth Hacker / Marketing & Community Outreach Specialist based in Iloilo City to help drive engagement, build relationships, and scale our marketing and community efforts.

You’ll work closely with our CEO and Marketing Strategist to create and execute outbound campaigns, grow our online communities, and support HeyApril’s brand presence globally. This role is ideal for someone early in their career (0–2 years of experience) who’s eager to learn automation, analytics, and hands-on marketing strategy in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound & Growth Campaigns

• Write short, personalized cold emails and LinkedIn messages that start real conversations.
• Build and manage automated outreach sequences using tools like Smartlead, Plusvibe, or Instantly.
• Research and segment high-quality leads via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or Clay.
• Track and report campaign performance — contacts, replies, and conversions.
• Experiment with subject lines, messages, and timing to improve engagement rates.

Community & Marketing Engagement

• Manage online communities — engage with followers, leads, and partners across social platforms and email.
• Facilitate discussions, respond to inquiries, and build meaningful relationships that strengthen HeyApril’s brand.
• Create simple but effective community content such as updates, highlights, and engagement posts.
• Measure and report community growth, engagement, and sentiment metrics.
• Collaborate with the marketing and growth team to align campaigns and community strategies.

Who We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, growth, or community management (internship or project experience welcome).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiar with tools like Smartlead, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Canva, or Meta Business Suite.
• Analytical, proactive, and eager to learn new tools and strategies.
• Based in Iloilo City (preferred) and open to hybrid or remote work within Iloilo.
• Able to work the morning shift (6:00 AM start).
