We are hiring a full-time Community Manager / Marketing Coordinator to join our digital team (VisioCo & Voyanz).
You will work directly with:
– Amaury (Founder – direction & validation)
– Saimon (Designer – visuals & videos)
– AI tools (ChatGPT) for content ideas & copy drafts
Your role is to coordinate all marketing & social media activities, ensure daily content production, and maintain brand consistency across platforms.
Responsibilities
- Manage and update the content calendar
- Organize, plan, and publish 2–4 posts per day (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Coordinate with our designer for visuals, videos, reels
- Review, correct, and adapt texts generated by AI (ChatGPT)
- Monitor trends, competitors, and propose new ideas
- Maintain consistent brand identity for VisioCo & Voyanz
- Assist in marketing operations during the product launch
- Execute tasks independently with minimal supervision
Job Requirements
- Excellent written English (French is a big advantage)
- Strong experience in social media content creation
- Good skills in Canva (mandatory)
- Organized, responsible, and able to meet deadlines
- Creative mindset with sense of aesthetics
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Motivated, serious, and proactive
Preferred Skills (not mandatory)
- Basic video editing (CapCut or similar)
- Experience working with designers
- Experience managing IG/TikTok pages
- Experience working with international clients
