Create, update and implement health policies and health programs of the company.
Support in creating, updating and implementing safety and environmental programs of the company.
Provide promotional materials (posters, TV Play) related to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).
Manage the HMO and Group Life Insurance benefits which includes, enrollment, deactivation, monitoring and processing of billing, all related reports, and documentation.
Check and validate SSS Sickness and SSS Maternity applications.
Manage Philhealth related transactions such as Philhealth process updates, related engagement programs as necessary or as applicable, number verification, enrolment, tagging of new and separated employee.
Support other possible government transactions such as Official Business or other activities based on Department operation needs.
Conduct basic health assessment to employees from daily chief complaints, annual physical examination, accidents and emergencies, and during applicant’s pre-employment medical requirement.
Give first aid treatments and proper medications to employees as needed.
Observe and record the symptoms and condition of a patient.
In case of any accident or health emergency cases, accompany the employee to the nearest hospital.
Examine first the employees coming from sickness, validate the health condition and the submitted medical document as needed.
4.2.11 Go through diagnostic test results and medical certificates to determine results.
Organize regular medical examinations of all employees.
Maintain medical and other related records of all employees.
Provide recommendations on work requirements (in document, in work schedule or work treatment) to employee in case of special health condition.
Support to improve the well-being of employees by creating and implementing wellness programs.
Monitor the stock inventory of medicines and other necessary supplies from time to time.
Prepare medical reimbursement report each month.
Monitor absence patterns especially AWOL and visit employee home if needed.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities that maybe assigned by the management.
