Prepare and process payroll accurately and on schedule, including salaries, overtime, incentives, bonus, and allowances
Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws and government regulations (SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF, etc.) through timely reporting and remittances
Act as the go-to person for all employee inquiries related to payroll, government-mandated benefits and leave policies
Manage leave tracking and documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local labor laws
Analyze compensation data and turnover trends.
Make recommendations based on data (e.g., adjusting pay scales, enhancing benefits).

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
At least 1 year of experience in payroll processing and compensation and benefits administration
Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits
Experience with HRIS or payroll software is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to handle employee concerns with discretion and clarity
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines effectively
