- Assists in the identification and dissemination of relevant laws and regulations that affect TFSPH and assists in the risk assessment of relevant regulations specifically on General Compliance.
- Monitors compliance with relevant rules and regulations.
- Assists in monitoring issuance of corresponding guidelines in compliance with newly issued regulations covering General Compliance.
- Handles monitoring of compliance to regulatory issues
- Conducts compliance monitoring and testing based on the Plan
- Takes the lead in designing the Annual Compliance Testing Plan
- Handles the annual risk assessment of all departments for purposes of compliance testing prioritization
- Monitors compliance to deliverables under the compliance test reports
- Assists in the updating of the Compliance Program, as necessary (including annual review of policies and procedures under Compliance Department)
- Oversees the updating and maintenance of the "Compliance Library" folder which may be accessed through the email facility of TFSPH;
- Assists in the preparation and sending of periodic reports to BSP, SEC and TFSC.
- Assists in the organization and conduct of compliance education and training covering general compliance.
- Graduate of any business-related course.
- 2 or more years of experience in financial/banking industry
- Hardworking with good communication skills.
- Good analytical skills
