Oversee payment business compliance: Formulate the company’s compliance policies and processes in accordance with the regulations of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws, ensuring the compliant operation of business.
Risk management and auditing: Conduct regular compliance risk assessments and internal audits, identify risk points, promote rectification, and submit compliance reports to regulatory authorities as required.
Training and collaboration: Organize compliance training for employees, answer compliance-related questions from business departments, cooperate with regulatory authorities in inspections, and maintain a good regulatory relationship.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Law, Auditing, Finance or related majors; candidates with compliance certifications such as ACAMS (Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists) or a law degree are preferred.
More than 3 years of compliance experience in the finance/payment industry, familiar with Philippine financial regulatory policies (especially those of BSP and anti-money laundering regulations); candidates with local work experience are preferred.
Fluent in English (as the working language), with strong risk analysis and document writing abilities, a strong sense of responsibility, and strict adherence to professional ethics.
