POSITION TITLE: Admin and Compliance Officer

WORK SETUP: Full Time, Onsite

WORK LOCATION: Arca South, Taguig City


JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin and Compliance Officer to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the company’s administrative operations run efficiently while maintaining compliance with internal policies and external regulations.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including office management, documentation, and record-keeping.
  • Monitor, advise, and report on compliance risks to ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation, review, and maintenance of compliance-related documents, reports, and audit materials.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely submission and accuracy of required compliance documentation.
  • Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and logistical support for company activities.
  • Support management in developing and implementing administrative and compliance-related policies.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive company information.
  • Provide general administrative support to management and other teams as needed.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in administrative, office management, or compliance roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiar with office management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in managing documentation.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Effective interpersonal skills; able to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
  • Willing to work onsite in Taguig City (near Arca South).
