職位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a hotel or customer service role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong customer service skills, adept in CRM, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Greet and assist guests, manage reservations, handle inquiries, and resolve complaints.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced hotel environment, may require evening, weekend, or holiday shifts.
