Content Creation

• Write high-quality, original content for blogs, websites, email campaigns, social media, and more
• Research and develop stories that resonate with our audience — not just what's trending, but what matters
• Translate complex ideas into engaging, accessible content

Strategy & Innovation

• Stay up-to-date on industry topics, but focus on bringing a fresh perspective to everything you create
• Contribute to content planning, brainstorming sessions, and creative campaigns
• Identify gaps in existing content and suggest new angles or formats

Editorial Excellence

• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and tone alignment
• Maintain brand voice while adapting style to different platforms or audiences
• Collaborate with designers and multimedia creators for visual storytelling

Performance & Insights

• Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO platforms) to track content performance
• Optimize content for engagement, readability, and searchability
• Learn from what works — and what doesn’t — to continuously improve-

• At least 1 year of experience as a Content Specialist
