The Content Creator will be responsible for creating, shooting, and editing engaging video content for social media platforms, primarily focusing on TikTok, Instagram, and other short-form video channels. This role involves developing creative video ideas, filming, editing, and optimizing content for maximum engagement across platforms.

• Video Creation & Shooting: Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. Brainstorm creative concepts and trends to engage audiences.
• Video Editing: Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos using editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, iMovie, etc.). Add transitions, music, text, and effects to enhance videos.
• Social Media Optimization: Ensure videos are formatted and optimized for each platform's requirements. Add captions and hashtags to increase reach and engagement.
• Content Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to plan video content aligned with the brand’s goals. Stay updated on the latest trends, viral challenges, and formats.
• Audience Engagement: Track video performance metrics (views, likes, shares) and adjust strategies to boost engagement. Respond to comments and interact with viewers.
• Brand Representation: Ensure all video content aligns with the company’s brand guidelines and messaging.

Requirements:

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in video creation, shooting, and editing for social media platforms.

Skills:

• Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Strong creative eye for video content creation.
• Familiarity with social media trends and viral content creation.
• Understanding of video optimization for social platforms.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of lighting, sound, and camera equipment (DSLR, smartphone).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience creating content for brands or businesses.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop).
• Ability to shoot and edit videos independently.
