Content Specialist（EDM Specialist）

岗位职责 / Responsibilities

• 负责 EDM 邮件营销内容的策划、撰写与编辑，包括新品上线、活动推广、用户教育等主题。

Plan, write, and edit EDM marketing content, including new product launches, campaign promotions, and user education materials.

• 结合用户分层与行为数据，设计个性化邮件内容与推送策略，提升打开率与点击率。

Design personalized email content and sending strategies based on user segmentation and behavioral data to improve open and click-through rates.

• 管理并优化邮件发送流程，监控投递效果并进行 A/B 测试与持续优化。

Manage and optimize email sending processes, monitor delivery performance, and conduct A/B testing for continuous improvement.

• 与运营、设计、市场团队紧密合作，确保邮件内容与品牌形象一致。

Collaborate closely with operations, design, and marketing teams to ensure email content aligns with brand image.

任职要求 / Requirements

• 本科及以上学历，市场营销、新闻传播、广告、电子商务等相关专业优先。

Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, or E-commerce.

• 1 年及以上 EDM 营销或 CRM 运营经验，金融、加密货币或互联网行业背景优先。

Minimum 1 year experience in EDM marketing or CRM operations, preferably in finance, cryptocurrency, or internet industries.

• 熟悉 EDM 工具与数据分析方法，具备良好的数据敏感度。

Familiarity with EDM tools and data analysis, with strong data sensitivity.

• 文案功底扎实，具备用户思维与营销转化意识。

Solid copywriting skills with user-centric and marketing conversion mindset.

• 英语能力佳，能独立完成英文 EDM 内容撰写与编辑。

Proficiency in English; ability to independently write and edit EDM content in English is preferred.
