• Lead Creative Direction – Oversee and approve all graphics, ensuring brand consistency, quality, and effectiveness in attracting leads.
• Develop Engaging Content – Conceptualize, direct, and execute compelling video content and high-converting visuals for social media, ads, and other marketing materials.
• Optimize Marketing Campaigns – Plan, run, and refine marketing initiatives, including SEO, branding, audience targeting, and cost-effective lead generation strategies.
• Analyze and Improve Performance – Track and assess marketing efforts, using data-driven insights to enhance campaign impact.
• Mentor and Collaborate – Guide junior designers and video editors while fostering a creative, results-driven marketing team.
