Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Recruiter based in San Juan, Greenhills. The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Days will involve developing and executing recruiting plans, networking through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and employees. The role also includes administrative duties and record-keeping, as well as participation in career fairs and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting
• Ability to develop and execute recruiting plans
• Skills in networking through industry contacts and professional associations
• Strong administrative and record-keeping abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the BPO industry is a plus
