簡介

As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is to generate new sales account and to ensure business continuity. You will be under the direct supervision of a Sales Supervisor.


MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and target potential customers for domestic freight forwarding services. Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, referrals, online platforms, and industry research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their business requirements, provide appropriate solutions and address any concerns or inquiries promptly.
  • Prepare and present customized quotations and proposals to clients based on their specific needs and requirements. Collaborate with internal teams such as operations and pricing to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
  • Conduct negotiations with clients to secure contracts and favorable terms. Collaborate with legal and operations teams to draft and review contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including prospect information, sales activities, and revenue forecasts. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, market trends and customer feedback.
  • Coordinate closely with operations, customer service and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution of freight forwarding services and customer satisfaction. Communicate customer requirements and expectations effectively to internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing any issues, resolving complaints, and maintaining strong lines of communication throughout the sales and service process.

職位要求

  • Graduate of any four (4) year business course such as Marketing, Management, Supply Chain Management or any related field.
  • Two (2) to four (4) years’ work experience in the DOMESTIC FREIGHT FORWARDING.
  • Excellent selling and communication skills.
  • Must be able to present information to clients and address business concerns of the said client.
