MARKETECH APAC is a marketing and advertising media platform focusing on the Asia Pacific region. We produce industry-focused content, including articles and video podcasts, providing brands, agencies, media, and tech companies with a platform to share insights and innovations.

We organize some of Asia’s leading marketing conferences, including What’s NEXT in Marketing, Retail & E-commerce Innovation Marketing & Tech Summit, and Advertising Technology Asia. We also host annual awards programs, including the Marketing Technology Awards, Advertising Awards Asia Pacific, and the NEXT Awards series.

About the Position

We are seeking an Awards Program Executive (Sales) to support MARKETECH APAC’s awards programs and drive their commercial growth across Asia. This role plays a vital part in identifying potential award participants, engaging clients, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the awards process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential participants to ensure a competitive pool across award categories.
  • Sales Outreach: Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, and calls to introduce the awards program and convert prospects.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust CRM pipeline, following up with leads to encourage participation.
  • Client Consultation: Guide entrants through the nomination process and provide support for inquiries.
  • Sales & Revenue: Achieve and exceed sales targets through nominations, sponsorships, and ticket sales.
  • Multi-Award Handling: Manage multiple award programs simultaneously, ensuring smooth and successful execution.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Self-starter with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
  • Quick learner who can adapt to multiple programs and changing priorities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM
