- Develop and execute effective outbound sales strategies to meet and exceed business goals.
- Make outbound calls to prospective B2C customers, generate leads, and convert them into paying clients.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable services/products with confidence.
- Conduct negotiations, handle objections, and close sales independently.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities using CRM tools (Salesforce/others).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach with campaigns and promotions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
- Deliver excellent post-sales customer support and ensure high client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of proven outbound B2C sales experience (insurance, mortgage, real estate, telecom, home services, or similar).
- Strong track record in closing deals (not just appointment setting).
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and handling rejections.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
