General Description of the Position
- The Sales Executive strategically drives sales in their assigned territory, executes marketing plans, and maintains compliance with company policies.
- They cultivate client relationships, implement competitive strategies, monitor prices, gather industry updates, and ensure timely and accurate reporting for effective sales progress tracking.
List of Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Formulates and implements effective plans to maximize sales opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Executes marketing plans and programs targeted towards the assigned territory to promote products and services.
- Ensures strict adherence to company policies and procedures in all sales activities.
- Executes product forecasting, monitors sales volume, competitive prices, operating expenses, and profitability to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintains strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develops and implements competitive strategies to achieve sales targets and outperform competitors.
- Prepares daily activity reports and weekly plans to update management on sales progress and strategies.
- Manages outbase coverage by submitting appropriate cash advance requests and timely liquidation of expenses.
Available Workbase / Territory
- Sales Executive – Central Luzon – preferably residing in San Fernando, Pampanga
- Sales Executive – Southern Tagalog – preferably residing in Cavite or Laguna
