Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Act as the main contact person for our partners, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Assist with personal tasks and errands, as needed.
Monitor emails and respond on behalf of the executive when appropriate.
Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, filing, and managing documents
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
