Formulate and develop new beauty and personal care products such as shampoo, lotion, conditioner, perfume, and related cosmetic items.
Mix and test chemicals to achieve desired texture, stability, fragrance, and effectiveness.
Improve existing formulations for better efficacy, cost-efficiency, and product stability.
Conduct laboratory tests, product trials, and evaluations to ensure safety, quality, and performance.
Research new raw materials, suppliers, and technologies relevant to product innovation.
Collaborate with Production, Quality Assurance, and Marketing teams to support scale-up and commercialization.
Prepare technical documentation, product specifications, and stability reports for regulatory submission.
Ensure compliance with FDA, DOH, GMP, and ISO standards.
Provide technical support for production troubleshooting and quality improvements

Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field.
Licensed Chemist or Licensed Chemical Technician is an advantage.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in R&D within the beauty/cosmetics or personal care industry.
Must be knowledgeable in mixing and handling chemicals for shampoo, lotion, conditioner, and perfume formulations.
Strong understanding of raw materials, cosmetic formulations, and stability testing.
Familiarity with GMP, ISO, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
