簡介
- Prepare and analyze cost reports to support management decisions.
- Monitor and control costs through budgeting and forecasting.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and valuation.
職位要求
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience Level: Minimum 1 year of experience in cost accounting or a related role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in cost accounting principles, accounting systems, and relevant software.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Analyze costs, prepare budgets, and monitor financial performance.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; potential overtime during month-end closings.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and effective communication skills.
