- Manage and oversee credit collections processes.
- Assess credit risk and perform credit checks on clients.
- Establish payment plans and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Communicate with clients regarding account statuses and payment reminders.
- Prepare regular reports on collections performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in credit and collections.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in report generation, adept at collecting outstanding payments, and excellent documentation skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours and occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong communicator, and assertive in negotiating payments.
