Field Credit Verification / Background Investigation

• Perform field credit verification.
• Conduct background/activity checks in the credit applicant’s given address through barangay and neighborhood to establish the latter’s identity and residency.
• Interview informants (e.g., neighbors, previous and current employers, immediate family members, etc.) to assess the credit applicant’s character, establish credibility, and confirm capability to make regular payments.
• Verify the credit applicant’s past (if available) or existing credit and financial transactions with other companies.
• Validate the credit applicant’s declared businesses and employment (if necessary) through field visits and actual inspection of documents presented.

Data Verification

• Verify the authenticity of all information and documents disclosed and submitted by the credit applicant to the company as needed.
• Obtain photo and/or video evidence, written statements, and documentation pertaining to the subject to back up or support all information disclosed and submitted to the company.

Reports and Accountabilities

• Ensure that all required reports are completed accurately and submitted on time.
• Perform other related functions that may be assigned by the Branch Processor as needed.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a 2-year Vocational Course or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Required Skill(s): Motorcycle driving.
• Must have proven skills in negotiation and motorcycle repossession.
• With 6 months to 1 year of experience as Credit Verifier and/or Field Collector.
• Must be willing to work rain or shine.
• Amenable to report in Head Office (Makati).
• Must have at least a Non-Professional Driver's License and own a Motorcycle Unit.
• Preferably residing in any area of Metro Manila or South Luzon.
