職位要求
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum Diploma degree in any field.
- Experience Level: 1-2 years of customer service experience in Lending/Finance industry
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers, resolve inquiries, and maintain satisfaction.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
