簡介

  • Provide excellent customer service via calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, maintain customer satisfaction, and document interactions.
  • Assist clients in navigating healthcare plans, policies, and benefits.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers and facilities to ensure timely and accurate service.
  • Resolve healthcare-related inquiries and issues in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare trends and regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.

職位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: At least High/Senior High School Grad
  • Experience Level: At least 6 months and above experience preferred in customer service or call center environments.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, proficiency in English, and experience in call center operations.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, potential for extended hours, and consistent interaction with customers via phone and email.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards helping customers.
