We are seeking a dedicated Thai Customer Care Senior Associate to digitally resolve customer issues with the highest level of professionalism and integrity, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Address customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally through digital channels.
  • Utilize strong communication and customer service skills to de-escalate frustrations and build lasting customer relationships.
  • Apply superior problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Manage multiple tasks and interactions, prioritizing requests and concerns efficiently.
  • Make sound decisions independently while adapting to rapidly changing environments.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in an international contact center.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication, listening, and comprehension skills in Thai and English.
  • Strong technical knowledge with excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently with objectivity and adapt to accelerating changes.
  • For remote work: must have a secure workspace and reliable internet connectivity.

Work Set up

  • Initial 3-4 months of onsite training, followed by a hybrid work arrangement.
