  • Handle incoming customer calls and provide assistance based on their inquiries.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
  • Document and report customer feedback for service improvement.
  • Assist in resolving product or service issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Experience Level: Entry-level (0–2 years).
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong command of English language, excellent customer service skills, and familiarity with call center operations.
  • Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, and able to handle challenging situations calmly.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow scripts and protocols while offering personalized service.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with the requirement to handle multiple calls throughout the shift.
