Description

  • Provide exceptional customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, order placements, and troubleshooting.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Experience Level: Entry-level (0–6 months).
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Qualities and Traits: Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage high call volumes and multitask effectively.
