簡介

  • As a Customer Service Associate for our Travel Reviews and Bookings account in Legazpi, and you'll be assisting customers with purchases and renewals, manage cancellations and refunds, and handle amendments and changes to bookings. You'll also provide booking confirmations and help customers navigate the "Reserve Now, Pay Later" options.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Provide clear and professional answers to various questions regarding Travel inquiries;
  • Meet all productivity and quality requirements and guidelines;
  • Model and work by the company's core values; and
  • Achieve and maintain required metrics and goals.

You’re the perfect fit if:

  • Finished at least 2 years in college (or High School Graduate + relevant work experience)
  • Sales, Outbound Sales or Travel experiences are preferred
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge on computers
