As a Call Center Agent, you will serve as the frontline representative of our company, providing exceptional customer support across multiple communication channels including phone calls, email correspondence, and live chat platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries with efficiency and professionalism, ensuring that each interaction is positive and solutions-focused.
In this role, you will assist customers by answering questions about products or services, resolving technical or service-related issues, and guiding them through processes with clarity and patience.

-High School or Senior High School diploma
-At least 6 months of experience working in a call center
-Basic computer skills and familiarity with common software applications
-Confident English communication skills, both spoken and written, with the ability to interact professionally with customers
