Conducts callouts to existing and new customers of the bank by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems and other telecommunication technologies to market product features and present benefits of the products accurately and persuasively and gather relevant client information needed to process application or requests.
Ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency of client information via system access, dialer tools and quality control measures to achieve on-time and proper processing of applications/ requests and preventing customer complaints.
Adhere to company rules and regulations using manuals, handbooks and memos pertaining to compliance to the policies and procedures based on the bank's guidelines.
Performs other related tasks which maybe assigned from time to time.

Bachelor's Degree (Open for any courses) (MUST HAVE)
Knowledgeable in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) (MUST HAVE)
Good interpersonal skills (verbal communication, listening skills, assertiveness) (MUST HAVE)
Call Center experience is highly preferred but not required
Able to do the job function well even in extreme work pressure
Willing to do overtime work during weekdays and/or weekends from time to time
