Position: Appliance Customer Service Operations Manager

Company Industry: Home Appliances / Consumer Electronics

Work Location: Quezon City

Work Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Salary: Php 40,000 – Php 50,000

Work Set Up: Onsite

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee and manage the entire customer service operations for appliance service

• Supervise service staff and field technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery

• Monitor and improve service response times, job completion rates, and customer satisfaction

• Coordinate with logistics, spare parts, and technical support teams

• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints

Engineering graduate (preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering)

• At least 3 years of experience as a Customer Service Operations

• Supervisor/Manager in the home appliance industry

• With leadership experience is preferred.

• Knowledgeable in after-sales service, parts handling, and technician deployment

• Can attend onsite interview.
