簡介

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
  • Assist in training new customer service representatives.
  • Manage customer inquiries, provide support, assist with back office tasks, upselling and ensure customer satisfaction.

職位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: A minimum of a Diploma in any relevant field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or related roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, knowledge of Salesforce, strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with call center duties.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, adaptability, effective communicator, and team-oriented.
