Qualifications:

  • College graduate of any 4 years course

  • With 1-2 experience as Customer Service Representative

  • Willing to work on extended hours, if needed

  • Proficient is MS Excel, MS Office, etc.

  • With background in SAP system is a plus

  • Good listener and keen to details

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure that detailed daily dispatch report has been effectively sent to all stakeholders; according to RDD.

• Answering queries through emails and phone calls from internal and external customers (clients, sales representatives)

• Attends regular toolbox meeting to discuss priority deliveries, delivery concerns and proper delegation of accounts/clients to be handled per shift.

• Ensure that all deliveries are monitored from plant to destination.

• Cascade prioritization of dispatch to team for close monitoring and regular updates on delivery status via text (SMS), phone calls and emails.

• Close coordination on booking requests, develop and cancellation to be escalated to concerned parties and stakeholders.

• Ensure effective communication (clearly and properly) according to information/instructions to truckers/haulers, SALES and Operations.

• Resolve escalated issues by providing effective communication, implement process and improvements according to updates

• Ensuring to provide quality customer service to external customers, internal customers and timely updates on fleet location (GPS monitoring) and status of delivery/returns.

• MDM creation.

• Ensure updated delivery monitoring report and RGS monitoring.

• Timely validation of Claims.

• Serves as a backup of SAP Planner, Liquidation Clerk, Dispatch Clerk and other duties may be needed.
